About the Design
‘Ik vraag u iets meer lef te toont’ written by Renate Boere is a journalistic novel that tells you in a compelling way what is involved in initiating projects from idea to realization. It not only takes you on an exciting adventure, but also contains practical information about what you need to do if you get started yourself.
The book, which has over 200 pages, is printed with a Risograph on Munken Kristall paper from Arctic Paper.
Pre-order the book in our shop.
WHAT’S NEXT: HYBRID PUBLISHING
The book ‘Ik vraag u iets meer lef te toont’ lends itself very well to research into new ways of publishing (hybrid publishing). For a year, Studio Renate Boere will be researching these possibilities in collaboration with the Willem de Kooning Academy.
Critical readers are welcome to provide additions and feedback. Good tips and comments are processed directly in the book. By means of printing on demand, an up-to-date version will be available throughout the year.
The second and final version of ‘I ask you to show a little more courage’ will be published in exactly one year with the processed feedback and contributions. The final version of the ‘hybrid book’ will be published in two languages (English/Dutch).
